Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying important information against primary sources. Do not use the app where inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or incomplete data could cause harm.

No guarantees

Market prices, news, AI summaries, scenarios, model outputs, alerts, and calculations may be delayed, stale, unavailable, incomplete, or wrong. Crude Oracle makes no guarantee that any alert will be delivered at a particular time or at all. iOS controls background execution cadence.

Third-party providers

If you configure a third-party API key, you are responsible for complying with that provider's terms, usage limits, and privacy policy.

Changes

Crude Oracle may change features, data sources, or availability over time. Use of the app is at your own risk.
